Blockchain in the diamond business

Blockchain got its reputation from Bitcoin but many other business started to learn the huge advantages of blockchain and it spread to other sectors.

De beers, the world's biggest diamond producer, used blockchain to create “An immutable and secure digital trail for a selection of rough diamonds mined by De Beers as they moved from the mine to cutter and polisher, then through to a jeweler”.
